Childhood memories of Ernest Hemingway' Pulitzer winning story, was a strong influence in creating this piece. The drama of a lone man in a small boat protecting his enormous & single catch from a voracious shark attack, is immortalized in this intricate steel sculpture. As with all of Bobby's sculptures, this painstaking work is created from the inside out, it is not carved away, such as in wood or other mediums. |
